Experience working on ticket systems and live chats (Intercom, crisp.chat). Experience working in an environment where transaction limits exist and procedures require manual approval for payments. Ability to work in a team and high communicativeness and great patience. Knowledge of the gaming market and e-sport industry, especially Co... games.
