Job description
Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service in a dynamic work environment, including approximately 3 messages per minute. Experience working on ticket systems and live chats (Intercom, crisp.chat). Experience working in an environment where transaction limits exist and procedures require manual approval for payments. Ability to work in a team and high communicativeness and great patience. Knowledge of the gaming market and e-sport industry, especially Co... games.
