We are looking for someone who will represent the Company during notarial proceedings and oversee the proper preparation of documentation related to the real estate sales process. If you are a responsible, meticulous person interested in law and the real estate market – this offer is for you.

What will you be doing?

As a Company Representative, you will be responsible for the efficient organization of the notarial deed conclusion process and representing the Company during notarial proceedings.

Your tasks will include:

  • representing the Company during notarial proceedings, particularly during the signing of developer agreements, property transfer agreements, and other notarial deeds,

  • gathering and preparing documentation necessary for the preparation of notarial deeds,

  • verifying drafts of notarial deeds before signing them,

  • coordinating the flow of documents and information between notary offices, the Sales Department, and the Customer Service Department,

  • cooperating with banks, offices, and institutions regarding the prepared documentation,

  • monitoring deadlines for signing notarial deeds and completeness of documents.

Our requirements:

  • availability for full-time employment (Monday–Friday),

  • student status in part-time studies in law, administration, or related fields,

  • experience in a notary office as an assistant or deputy notary is welcome,

  • category B driver's license,

  • very good work organization and ability to set priorities,

  • thoroughness, responsibility, and attention to detail,

  • high personal culture and ease of building relationships,

  • independence and ability to work under deadline pressure.
