Your responsibilities

• Management of EDI messages with demand reported by automotive industry clients
• Monitoring of client demand coverage and reporting of risks
• Daily cooperation with the Planning and Warehouse departments
• Preparation of packing instructions
• Coordination of information flow between clients, sales teams, and logistics in an international environment.
• Monitoring and handling of client demand data, ensuring its accuracy and timely processing in business systems.
• Support of shipping processes and ensuring the accuracy and preparation of documentation related to order fulfillment.

Our requirements

• Higher education in Logistics, Economics, or related fields
• Communication skills in English for daily business cooperation
• Good work organization, ability to set priorities, and effective performance in a dynamic environment

Nice to have

• Experience in customer service, logistics, or a related area will be an additional asset
