Quality Control Specialist (m/f)

• Control of incoming deliveries and raw materials, in accordance with company guidelines and internal documentation
• Supervision of production and control of finished products
• Release of mixed product for bottling by measuring extract, acidity, and organoleptic evaluation
• Archiving of raw material quality certificates and raw material specifications
• Control of the correctness of data contained on labels and film prints
• Control of expiry dates of raw materials and finished products in the warehouse
• Reporting of control results and non-conformities and supervision of corrective actions
• Creation of data for labels in accordance with current legal regulations.
• Issuing quality certificates for finished products for customers.
• Control of the course and effectiveness of the washing and disinfection processes of production lines
• Handing over production recipes to the Production Manager.

• Experience in the fruit and vegetable processing industry - minimum one year of experience.
• Specialized education in food technology, food processing.
• Knowledge of food safety management systems (HACCP, GMP, GHP).
• Readiness to work in a 3-shift system.
• Communication skills, teamwork ability.
