Quality Specialist (M/F)

Workplace: Żółtki (Białystok district)

Your responsibilities

• Creating, updating, and organizing quality procedures, instructions, and forms.
• Preparing and conducting internal training sessions regarding new and updated procedures.
• Participating in the planning and execution of internal audits and preparing audit documentation.
• Monitoring the implementation of post-audit actions and corrective actions.
• Collaborating with employees from various departments in the implementation and improvement of quality processes.
• Supporting the analysis of non-conformities, complaints, and quality issues, and monitoring the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• As a substitute for the Quality Controller, during their absence: quality control of cosmetic deliveries, verification of documentation, sampling, and recording of control results.
• Managing the supplier qualification process.
• Preparing analyses and summaries related to quality and proposing improvements.
• Monitoring trends and changes in the quality area.

Our requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality, quality control, or quality documentation.
• Experience in creating procedures, instructions, and system documentation.
• Experience in conducting internal audits or participating in their execution.
• Practical knowledge of GMP ISO 22716:2009 and/or ISO 9001:2015.
• Ability to create clear and organized documents, instructions, and training materials.
• Ability for independent problem analysis, drawing conclusions, and proposing solutions.
• High perceptiveness and accuracy, especially the ability to detect errors and inaccuracies in documentation.
• Good organization of personal work and independence in carrying out assigned tasks.
• Communication skills, fluency in expression, and the ability to clearly convey knowledge during training sessions and meetings.
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite:
• Word – advanced level,
• Excel – intermediate level,
• PowerPoint – intermediate level.
• Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level.

Nice to have

• Internal auditor qualifications according to ISO 22716:2009 and/or ISO 9001:2015.
• Knowledge of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products.
