Higher technical education (preferred fields: Quality Management) Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality management-related position in a manufacturing company in the Automotive industry Fluent communication in English or German Practical knowledge of quality management system requirements Practical knowledge of VDA 6.3 and VDA 6.5 standards Proficient knowledge of quality tools and methods (FMEA, MSA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, 8D, 5WHY, Ishikawa, PDCA) Ability to read, interpret, and oversee technical documentation Highly developed interpersonal skills, goal orientation, and client relationship building Ability for analytical thinking and problem-solving in a dynamic production environment
