ESG Specialist (M/F)

Your responsibilities

• Identifying, planning, and participating in sustainability initiatives,
• Supporting the implementation of the ESG strategy, including monitoring the achievement of ESG goals, preparing necessary action plans, comparisons, analyses, and required reports,
• Participating in the Group's sustainability reporting process, including acquiring, analyzing, and verifying data, and creating content for the sustainability report.
• Monitoring regulatory changes, reporting standards, and market trends in the area of sustainable development and recommending adaptation measures,
• Co-participating in the creation of ESG policies, procedures, and training,
• Supporting internal and external communication regarding ESG activities,
• Participating in the stakeholder dialogue process and the double materiality analysis,
• Preparing analyses, presentations, educational materials, elaborations, and management information regarding ESG and sustainable development.

Our requirements

• Higher education (finance, economics, law, administration),
• Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position,
• Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level,
• Very good knowledge of EU legal and regulatory requirements in the ESG area,
• Knowledge of market trends in sustainable development,
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite,
• Very good work organization and attention to detail, analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in calculating carbon footprint,
• Experience in conducting double materiality analysis,
• Experience in cooperating with auditors or external advisors in the ESG area,
• Participation in projects related to the implementation of ESG strategies or the execution of sustainability initiatives.

Our goal is to ensure a consistent approach to environmental, social, and corporate governance issues, as well as to provide reliable data and analyses supporting business decision-making.

Our activities:

- we coordinate and support the implementation of the ESG strategy,

- we monitor regulatory changes, reporting standards, and market trends in sustainable development,

- we conduct the sustainability reporting process, ensuring data quality, completeness, and reliability,

- we prepare analyses, reports, and materials supporting the achievement of ESG goals,

- we co-create policies, procedures, and standards concerning sustainable development,

- we support internal and external communication regarding ESG activities,

- we participate in stakeholder dialogue and the analysis of relevant ESG issues,

- we promote knowledge and good practices, supporting the development of a responsible and sustainable business culture.
