Specialist in Cybersecurity of Operational Technologies / Specialist in Cybersecurity of Operational Technologies - Production Plant Form Permanent Place of work: Starogard Gdański Technologies, which we use Operating system Windows On the project Specialist in OT ensures operational security, reliability and compliance with local systems of Operational Technology (OT) on the production plant premises. This role focuses on maintaining control over cybersecurity. Acting as a specialist in OT, you will be responsible for ensuring that all OT systems are secure, reliable and compliant with relevant regulations. Your tasks will include: • Monitoring and analyzing system logs to identify potential security threats; • Conducting regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses and recommend remediation measures; • Developing and implementing cybersecurity policies and procedures for OT systems; • Collaborating with other teams to ensure that all OT systems are properly configured and secured; • Providing training and guidance to OT system operators on cybersecurity best practices; • Staying up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends, and recommending improvements to OT system security. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field; • At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in an industrial setting; • Strong understanding of Operational Technology (OT) systems and their unique security challenges; • Experience with OT system management and configuration; • Familiarity with Windows operating system; • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards for OT system security.
