HR Analytics Specialist

Job Description

For our Client, we are looking for a People Analytics Specialist who will support business decision-making through the analysis of People-related data. This position is intended for data analysts who want to develop in the area of HR Analytics and translate data into practical recommendations for the business. The person in this position will be responsible for creating analyses, dashboards, and reports supporting company Partners in making strategic decisions regarding human capital.

Tasks Performed

1 Analysis of data related to People and HR areas

2 Creation of reports and dashboards in Power BI

3 Data modeling and transformation using Power Query and DAX

4 Analysis of HR metrics (including turnover, work time utilization, Learning & Development)

5 Preparation of business recommendations based on data analysis

6 Cooperation with Business Partners and stakeholders

7 Identification of trends and areas requiring optimization

8 Ensuring data quality and consistency

9 Reporting automation and development of analytical tools

Mandatory Requirements

• English - minimum B2

• Polish - very good

• Highly developed analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Experience in creating dashboards and reports

• Very good knowledge of Power BI, including DAX and Power Query

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or Business Intelligence

• Minimum experience in the presented areas of work: 3 years

• Bachelor's degree

• Higher education: relevant field (mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science, econometrics, economics, finance)

Nice to Have

• Experience in People Analytics or HR Analytics

• Knowledge of SQL

• Knowledge of Alteryx
