The Specialty Operator performs a variety of tasks while working outside in variable conditions. The position requires the successful candidate to have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be physically fit, and have the ability to lift and move heavy equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating specialized equipment, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring the equipment is in good working order. The position also requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to follow all safety protocols and procedures. The Specialty Operator will be required to work in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, and will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. The successful candidate will be required to have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. The position also requires the ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, and to be available to work overtime as needed. The Specialty Operator will be required to maintain accurate records and reports, and to follow all company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be required to have a high school diploma or equivalent, and to have a minimum of one year of experience in a related field. The position also requires the ability to pass a background check and a drug test.
