Specialized School Responsible – Pedagogical Responsible at 80%

We are an establishment employing around 450 collaborators to ensure the specialized education of 27 children and adolescents, as well as socio-educational and socioprofessional support for 135 adults with intellectual disabilities. In the framework of the integrated minor sector within institutional life, our small specialized school (5 classes with students aged 5 to 18), composed of motivated and stable teaching teams, is pleased to welcome a new responsible person ready to support student reception and collaborate with the management team. We are looking for a Specialized School Responsible – Pedagogical Responsible at 80%. Main missions: - Implementing specialized pedagogy responding to the differentiated needs of students - Guaranteeing a pedagogical line in respect of the PER, adapted to specialized pedagogy and consistent with the values and charter of the Association La Branche - Creating a favorable learning environment - Managing school operations and ensuring good service delivery - Coordinating pedagogical, educational, and therapeutic work within the school - Encouraging collaborative working relationships between school and internat teams for coherent and multidisciplinary student support - Managing unit budget - Managing sector donations - Implementing a proximity management based on active listening, providing support, and motivating follow-up - Assuring relations with parents, curators, and internal and external networks - Assuring representation of the school internally and externally - Contributing to teaching at 20%, in a logic of support, cooperation, and proximity with teams. We require: - A specialized teacher's diploma - 3-5 years of experience in team management - Knowledge and experience working with children and/or adolescents with intellectual disabilities, interest in autism and challenging behaviors - Interest in active and differentiated pedagogies - Strong organizational skills, ability to lead a team with good leadership skills and pronounced interest in interdisciplinary work - Mastery of computer tools, writing ease, and emotional intelligence - Dynamism, flexibility, creativity - A clean criminal record.
