Job description

Manpower Italia is seeking a specialized operator for a well-known global company operating in the plastics sector. The job involves managing production lines, changing molds, mixing colors to achieve the desired tone, and visually inspecting finished products. The contract offers an initial placement with the possibility of being hired directly by the company on a long-term basis. Availability is required full-time on three shifts (5-13, 13-21, and 21-5). The ideal candidate has preferably gained experience in similar roles within structured production contexts, but junior figures who have completed their secondary education will also be considered positively.
