For a medical sector position, we put our health expertise at your service. How would you envision enriching users' lives as a Specialized Educator in our social center?
In a welcoming setting, you will be responsible for contributing positively to the personal and social development of individuals supported by our establishment.
- Develop and implement individual educational projects tailored to the specific needs of each person being accompanied
- Ensure daily accompaniment aimed at encouraging autonomy and social integration of individuals received
- Actively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coherent care
- Facilitate group workshops and activities promoting socialization and development of interpersonal skills
- Conduct regular progress monitoring and adjust intervention strategies based on evolving objectives of the people being followed

The client is ready to offer the following conditions:
- Contract: CDD
- Duration: 1/week
- Salary: €14/hour We are looking for a Specialized Educator (M/F) for our social center, with solid interpersonal and organizational skills.

- Ability to establish a trusting relationship with residents
- Competence in managing educational projects adapted
- Mention of the State Diploma in Specialized Education desired
- Aptitude to work in cooperation with a multidisciplinary team
- Keen sense of listening and effective communication
