Specialists in Education, Skills Development and Decent Jobs (Cat. I, Cat. II, Cat. III) NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project ‘Cooperation Facility for the Philippines – Procurement of Technical Assistance to the Delegation of the European Union to the Philippines.’ In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (48 months, expected start date: [insert date]). The purpose of this pool is to provide technical assistance to the Delegation of the European Union to the Philippines in the areas of Education, Skills Development and Decent Jobs. The Non-Key Experts will be required to work closely with the Project Team and other stakeholders to achieve the project objectives. The expected tasks and responsibilities include: • Providing technical assistance to the Delegation of the European Union to the Philippines; • Supporting the implementation of the project activities; • Collaborating with the Project Team and other stakeholders; • Ensuring the effective use of resources; • Monitoring and reporting on progress; • Maintaining accurate records and files. The Non-Key Experts will be expected to have a strong understanding of the project objectives, goals and outcomes, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate should possess: • A Master’s degree in Education, Skills Development or related field; • At least 5 years of experience in education, skills development or related field; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Fluency in English (written and spoken); • Familiarity with the Philippine context and culture. The Non-Key Experts will be required to commit to a minimum of 48 months, with the possibility of extension. The expected remuneration for this position is [insert amount].
