Specialists in Content Creation for Online and Offline Communication (Cat. I, Cat. II, Cat. III) NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Cooperation Facility for the Philippines – Procurement of Technical Assistance to the Delegation of the European Union to the Philippines.” In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (48 months, expected start date: [insert date]). The selected candidates will work closely with the Project Team to develop high-quality content for online and offline communication purposes. This includes but is not limited to: creating engaging articles, blog posts, social media content, press releases, newsletters, and other types of written materials; designing and developing visual content such as infographics, videos, and images; and editing and proofreading existing content to ensure consistency and quality.
