Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job description

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with leaders to recruit senior and technical talent while ensuring a structured, equitable, and high-quality recruitment process. The role also contributes to improving recruitment practices and offering a positive and inclusive experience. Our client is a large, well-established company in a dynamic environment. With a diverse workforce, it is committed to excellence and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities:** * Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. * Manage the full recruitment cycle for senior and technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. * Source candidates proactively using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing. * Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. * Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. * Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy. * Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other recruitment partners. * Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment best practices. * Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. * Participate in recruitment events and career fairs. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field. * Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on senior and technical roles. * Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessment techniques. * Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS). * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. * Fluent in English and French (written and spoken). **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance * Paid time off * Professional development opportunities * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
