What you make happen

In this role, you will be the specialist for the development, harmonization, and continuous improvement of the Unia unemployment fund's processes. You will ensure process management and documentation to guarantee consistent and efficient practices nationwide. Key activities include process mapping, drafting, and updating, as well as monitoring their implementation. You will support and advise departments in their improvement projects and ensure the follow-up of action plans. You will also develop indicators to measure process efficiency and prepare reports for management. You will contribute to document management, coordinate idea management, and actively participate in developing a culture of continuous improvement within the fund.

What you bring

• Higher education or a completed apprenticeship (CFC) supplemented by training in process management, quality management, or equivalent
• Professional experience in process management, quality management, or continuous improvement
• Experience in process mapping, documentation, and optimization
• Good project management skills and experience in monitoring action plans
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
• Comfort in advising and supporting managers and different departments
• Very good communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• Proficiency in office software and ease with document and process management tools
• Structured and rigorous work method, autonomy, and a sense of responsibility
