Manpower, as part of a temporary mission, is seeking for one of our clients, a watch manufacturing company based in the Jura canton, a / a: Watchmaking Specialist (H / F) at 100% Your mission: - be the technical reference on this trade to the workshop - Accompany and train new arrivals - Force of proposition in problem-solving - Ensure production on complex series, be a reinforcement on other series - Carry out defect analyses - Validate tool designs and used tools - Evaluate needs for tooling - Participate in work organization and contribute to the performance of the workshop - Manage quality - Provide support to the sector manager Your profile: - Significant experience in a similar position - Diploma in the field may be an asset - Additional training in management and organization - Calm, patient, sense of organization and priorities - Pedagogue, listening skills, and ease of relationalness Your candidacy: We look forward to receiving your application!
