The management of a widely diversified portfolio exceeding CHF 45 billion is ensured by a team of approximately 60 people.compenswiss seeks a: Specialist Languages and CommunicationAs a Specialist Languages and Communication, you will exercise a stimulating and diverse activity in an environment where autonomy, initiative, and continuous development are particularly encouraged. You will work within the General Administration and Communication service together with 4 colleagues and intervene transversally on all professions.Your tasks:Review, post-edit, and/or translate documents in French and German, often technical, related to finance, politics, and lawEnsure coordination and finalization of documents intended for organ meetingsWrite minutes of meetings in French and GermanProvide support in internal and external communication: write press releases, responses to the media, presentations, letters, and other texts and participate in content development for the websitePlan and organize internal and external eventsEffect administrative tasksDirect or participate in projects related to the service's activityYour profile:Educational background (letters, translation, public relations, communication, or similar) or equivalent titleExperience of at least 3 years in communication as well as writing, translating, and/or editing textsPerfect mastery of both German and French (essential criterion), good knowledge of English; Italian language skills are an assetExcellent writing skills and affinity for new technologies and digital channelsSolid planning and organizational skills, along with a precise and reliable work ethicClient orientation and keen sense of responsibilityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to work sequentially and manage multiple activities in parallelWe offer:Flexibility in time management, opportunities for development, modern and well-equipped infrastructure at the Geneva center, competitive salary and social conditions, and the possibility to actively contribute to the well-being of the population.Additional informationWe thank you for sending your complete application package (motivation letter, CV, and copies of diplomas/certificates) by email to [Write an email] by February 27, 2026.For more information, please contact Madame Férielle Beldjelti, HR Manager, tel. +41 58 201 65 92.
