Road Planning Specialist (M/F)

Desired Profile:

• Proven experience in personnel and operations planning within a road transport or public transport environment
• Excellent command of legislation relating to working hours and rest periods (LDT/OLDT)
• Good understanding of the operational challenges linked to transport network operations and disruption management
• Driving license category D, a real asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in negotiation and coordination with internal and external partners
• Autonomous, organized, and rigorous individual, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Analytical mindset, foresight, and ability to make relevant decisions in a demanding environment
• Ability to maintain a global view of operations while providing concrete, field-oriented solutions

• Ensure the planning and allocation of driving personnel to guarantee optimal coverage of operational needs.
• Develop schedules and service plans taking into account the transport offering, operational constraints, applicable legislation (LDT/OLDT), and collective agreements
• Coordinate impacts related to road works in collaboration with authorities, public services, and various concerned partners
• Ensure the continuity and reliability of transport services by anticipating operational constraints and implementing necessary measures
• Analyze customer needs and propose adapted and efficient transport solutions
• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and working groups related to road operations
• Identify risks, anticipate unforeseen events, and provide pragmatic solutions aimed at optimizing the organization and quality of services
