Among the most common responsibilities, you will find: - Assembling and maintaining high-precision watch components. - Operating CNC machines for the production of watch parts. - Polishing components to achieve the desired finish. - Managing logistics and inventory of watch parts and materials. - Creating and assembling complex mechanisms with great precision. - Ensuring quality control and respect for industry standards. Profile Whether you are just starting your career or have already gained experience, we are looking for candidates with the following qualities: - A relevant educational background or professional training in watchmaking, mechanical engineering, or a similar field. - Proven experience in a similar role within the watchmaking industry (for more experienced candidates). - Solid technical skills and attention to detail, meticulous - Mastery of relevant tools and machines. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team. - Excellent organizational and communication skills.
