Talent Development Specialist

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Talent Development Specialist for a six-month replacement contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a Learning and Development professional who enjoys managing projects, creating engaging learning experiences, analyzing program effectiveness, and working with a diverse range of stakeholders. Missions Reporting to the Talent Management Manager, you will support the design and deployment of talent learning and development within the organization. You will play a key role in the successful delivery of development programs while contributing to a positive employee learning culture. - Manage talent learning and development projects from design through implementation and evaluation. - Establish and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder management. - Participate in the design and improvement of learning programs, development paths, and resources. - Research, create, and maintain relevant learning content for employees, managers, and teams. - Create and manage digital learning resources, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive content. - Collaborate with external training providers to ensure effective delivery of programs and services. - Manage administrative processes related to external vendors, including contracts, purchase orders, requisitions, and invoice tracking. - Analyze metrics, feedback, and learning data to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements. - Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate outcomes and key insights to stakeholders. - Support the delivery of workshops, onboarding sessions, and other learning activities as needed. Experience - Proven experience in Learning and Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or Instructional Design. - Experience in project management and program coordination. - Experience in designing, developing, and implementing learning content and development paths. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret learning data and insights into actionable steps. - Experience managing relationships with external vendors and service providers. - Ability to work independently while effectively engaging multiple stakeholders. Required Skills - Excellent organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills. - Hands-on, solutions-oriented, and collaborative work style. - Comfortable with digital learning tools and technologies. - Attention to detail and strong rigor. Desirable - Experience with Workday Learning or other Learning Management Systems (LMS). - Knowledge of e-learning development tools. - Exposure to leadership development, career development, or talent management programs. - Familiarity with behavioral assessment tools.
