Talent Acquisition Specialist

Reporting to the supervisor, talent acquisition, the talent acquisition specialist, will work closely with hiring managers to understand their personnel needs and play a crucial role in maintaining a pool of qualified candidates for the business units they support.

Your responsibilities include :

• Working closely with hiring managers to understand the needs and specific requirements of each role.
• Offering advice and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.
• Collaborating with HR teams and management to align recruitment efforts with global commercial objectives.
• Facilitating the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, CV selection, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Promoting company culture, values, and employer brand to attract top talent.
• Attending job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities to represent the company and establish relationships with potential candidates.
