Continuous Improvement Specialist

Process Optimization:

Optimize key financial and operational processes by analyzing the current state, exploiting data, and designing and implementing targeted solutions.

Stay informed about sector best practices and emerging trends in financial transformation and apply them to favor continuous improvement of processes.

Design and implement high-performing, efficient, resilient, and evolving target processes to support company growth.

Develop profitability analyses to support process improvement recommendations to management.

Conduct root cause analysis to identify and mitigate risks related to processes.

Pilot complex problem resolution through innovative solutions, encouraging a culture of problem-solving and adaptability.

Design and develop high-quality presentations for management, as well as other deliverables such as policies, process documentation, etc.

Mobilization and Communication with Stakeholders:

Establish solid relationships with interfunctional stakeholders to gather information and promote commitment.

Collaborate with management to obtain their buy-in on improvement initiatives.

Facilitate regular exchanges with the Finance department and other services to ensure alignment and transparency of all continuous improvement initiatives.

Design and disseminate targeted communications for different audiences.

Change Management:

Develop and implement a global change management strategy to facilitate successful adoption of new processes and systems within the financial organization.

Prioritize employee preparation for change through training, communication, and support initiatives.

Monitor the success and sustainability of changes after implementation, and make necessary adjustments to ensure long-term impact.

Support to Projects:

Provide support to the project manager and director of continuous improvement at each stage of a project's life cycle: existing analysis, target state design, gap analysis, configuration, testing, user training, deployment, support, and post-production maintenance, documentation, etc.

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of improvement initiatives.
