We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as Customer Service and Distribution Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Key responsibilities include: • Providing top-notch customer support through phone, email, and in-person interactions; • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly and professionally; • Coordinating with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products; • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and product deliveries; • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the distribution process. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, marketing, or communications); • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills; • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
