Your missions #Develop - Develop and retain a clientele of businesses on Insurance and Welfare aspects. - Conduct risk visits to prepare commercial proposals, restitution visits, and relationship maintenance visits in accordance with the relational commitments made with clients. - Advise, present, and argue for contract projects to obtain client adhesion while preserving price margins. - Support the client in terms of Prevention (fire extinguishers, remote monitoring, Apave). #Analyze - Analyze business risks of prospects and adapt pricing. - Apply the underwriting rules and decisions of the PACIFICA Underwriting department in conjunction with the PACIFICA underwriter assigned to our Regional Bank. - Process revisions on existing portfolio contracts, performing the necessary assessment for risk evolution. - Define and implement permanent control procedures for its scope, monitor application, and carry out any corrective actions. - Anchor compliance in commercial relationships. #Animate - Be the reference for business insurance, and provide animation support. - Develop good relationships with business agencies and animate its area (meetings, challenges) among business account managers to optimize synergy in scheduling qualified appointments and developing activity in line with commercial objectives. - Represent Crédit Agricole and promote Insurance at internal and external events. - Report on its activity and significant events on a weekly basis. - Weekly exchanges with the Pacifica underwriter. - Ensure competitive intelligence in its sector. Profile With a higher education degree or significant professional experience in a similar role, you possess solid technical knowledge in IARD business insurance (Property Damage, Civil Liability, Auto, Construction, etc.). You have successful experience as an IARD insurance salesperson in the business segment, acquired in a brokerage firm, an insurance company, or a banking institution. Good interpersonal skills, ability to address executives. Good coordination skills. High autonomy and initiative. Good pedagogical sense.
