The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. He/she will also have experience in recruitment or HR, preferably with a focus on IT or technology. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the Swiss job market and labor laws, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
