Client Company with headquarters in Verona, operating in the insurance sector, has entrusted us with the task of identifying a Person interested in taking on the role of Specialist in Claims Management to be employed on an indefinite-term contract. Workplace: Verona The role of Specialist in Claims Management entails: - registration and management of damage reports - management of expert assignments - liquidation of damages according to contractual conditions - telephone and written support for customers - management of product and customer data on our web portal To take on this role, it is necessary: - having obtained a diploma preferably in the mechanical field - having gained at least 2 years of experience in the automotive concessionaire sector as an acceptor and/or mechanic - being available for full-time 37 hours per week from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 17:30, with a Friday exit at 17:00 - knowing English - being able to use the Office package independently The contractual classification provides: - employee qualification - CCNL Personal Insurance amm. Vo and production, Ral 45-50K commensurate with experience and skills already acquired. The remuneration package also includes the provision of meal vouchers worth €4.50.
