DURING S.P.A. During SPA, an employment agency, is selecting for a highly qualified client company operating in the energy sector a profile to be hired as: LEGAL SPECIALIST GAS&POWER MARKET The selected resource will be integrated within the Legal & Corporate Affairs Division of the company, where they will operate in support of the Gas & Power Market Division. The resource will manage matters related to contracting, with specific attention to door-to-door and teleselling agency mandates. In particular, they will be responsible for: - Providing legal support in all activities related to the management of the agency network, from the preliminary selection phase and the granting of the mandate to agents, up to any profiles of termination of the relationship; - Collaborating with commercial functions; - Managing the relationship with agents during its execution; - Ensuring support for legal issues in support of the business, particularly in matters of commercial contracting, legal advice, and the division's project activities. We offer an initial temporary contract for a duration of 12 months. CCNL Electric, Managerial Employee, Gross Annual Salary 50K. Requirements: - Degree in Law; - Previous experience of 3-4 years, preferably at companies operating in the energy sector or in related sectors, with activities involving the marketing of products and services with agency mandates, or at law firms; - Ability to manage work independently, with an aptitude for managing multiple activities simultaneously; - Proactivity, attention to detail, and orientation towards an analytical approach; - Good communication and relational skills and the ability to work in a team.
