Who we are looking for

We are looking for an IT Specialist to strengthen and implement the team.

What you will do

Technical Support:

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
• Document support requests and solutions in the ticketing system.

Network Management:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Monitor network performance and ensure network security.
• Resolve network connectivity issues.

System Maintenance:

• Install, configure, and update operating systems and software applications.
• Perform routine maintenance on computer systems, including backups and updates.
• Ensure the security of IT systems through regular updates and patches.

Hardware Management:

• Configure and install new workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Perform hardware upgrades and repairs when necessary.
• Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets.

User Training and Documentation:

• Provide training to employees on the use of computer systems and software applications.
• Develop and update user manuals and technical documentation.
• Create practical guides and FAQs for common technical issues.

IT Projects:

• Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades, network expansions, and software deployments.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and solutions.
• Assist in the evaluation and testing of new software and hardware.

Compensation

National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): Transport, Goods, and Logistics

Gross Annual Salary (RAL): 26,000 - 32,000
