Specialist in Distribution and Customer Support

BIOPTRON AG (part of the Zepter group) is looking for a Specialist in Distribution and Customer Support (60% - 80%). BIOPTRON AG develops and produces certified medical light therapies; the BIOPTRON® brand represents products for medical health, unparalleled in prevention and recovery of various medical conditions. BIOPTRON AG continues to invest in research and development of new products necessary to achieve optimal clinical efficacy of light therapy and is looking for a Specialist in Distribution and Customer Support who will be responsible for managing the distribution process, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers, providing technical support to customers, and maintaining relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the medical device industry, excellent communication skills, and experience in customer-facing roles. The role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
