HSE Specialist

The ITALPIZZA Group, a global leader in frozen pizza production and commercialization, and in strong growth, is seeking for Mantua.it – a company within the group located in Castelbelforte (MN) – an HSE Specialist. The figure, reporting to the HSE Manager, represents a fundamental operational support for activities related to health, safety, and environment within a structured production context. This role is ideal for profiles at the beginning of their professional journey who desire to develop their skills in this field and take on new challenges. The HSE Specialist will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the company's HSE policy, monitoring and controlling risks, conducting audits and inspections, providing training and awareness-raising activities, and collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. The ideal candidate should have a degree in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, occupational health and safety), be fluent in Italian and English, and have experience in the food industry or a similar sector. The HSE Specialist will work closely with the HSE Manager to develop and implement effective HSE strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
