Humangest Spa, a company specializing in personnel recruitment and selection, is looking for for a client company operating in the plastics sector:

HQSE Specialist

Main Responsibilities

The resource, integrated into the Production area, will collaborate with the Plant Management Manager, taking care of the management and improvement of the Integrated Quality, Environment, and Safety System.

Specifically, they will be responsible for:

• Supporting the maintenance and implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Integrated Management Systems;
• Conducting internal audits and monitoring the correct application of company procedures;
• Collaborating on HSE activities from both an operational and documentation perspective;
• Analyzing HSEQ indicators and proposing continuous improvement actions;
• Supporting personnel training on quality, environment, and safety topics;
• Liaising with external bodies, consultants, and competent authorities for matters within their competence.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, or related disciplines;
• Experience, even minimal, in HSE/HSEQ roles or in the management of Integrated Management Systems;
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 regulations;
• Knowledge of regulations concerning health, safety, and the environment.

Work location: area near Montecchia di Crosara (VR)

Work mode: on-site, full-time 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contractual type

• Direct contract with the company
• Rubber-Plastic National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Gomma-Plastica)
• Entry level to be defined based on experience gained
• Working hours: full-time

Remuneration and economic conditions

Indicative Gross Annual Salary (RAL) between €35,000 and €45,000, commensurate with the resource's skills, experience, and level of autonomy. The economic proposal will be defined based on objective criteria such as technical skills, professional experience, role responsibilities, and contractual classification.
