YOUR ROLE:

We are looking for a Senior Resource in Health & Safety to be assigned to an important construction project in the Milan area.

The selected candidate will have an operational and supervisory role directly on the construction site, contributing to ensuring compliance with health, safety, and prevention standards throughout all phases of activities.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise Health & Safety aspects directly on the construction site;
  • Monitor compliance with current regulations and company safety procedures;
  • Collaborate with Site Managers, Project Managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure high safety standards;
  • Identify and assess risks and potential hazardous situations present on the construction site;
  • Verify the application of preventive and corrective measures;
  • Conduct HSE site visits, inspections, and audits;
  • Support the management and analysis of incidents, near misses, and non-conformities;
  • Promote a strong safety culture among all people involved in the project;
  • Prepare and contribute to the management of HSE documentation and reporting.


MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Consolidated experience in Health & Safety roles, preferably gained in construction/site contexts;
  • Experience in managing the safety of complex construction sites, preferably in an international context;
  • Good knowledge of Italian legislation on health and safety at work;
  • Ability to work autonomously and to effectively interface with various stakeholders;
  • Practical, authoritative, and prevention-oriented approach;
  • English at least at an intermediate level (B1/B2);
  • Availability to perform activities mainly on-site in the Milan area.


WHAT WE OFFER?

The gross annual salary for this role ranges between EUR 24,000 and EUR 35,000. The position is classified under the Commerce and Tertiary CCNL applied by our company. The positioning within the range will be determined based on technical skills, specific experience in the role, and the outcomes of the selection process, according to objective and predefined criteria. In the presence of profiles with exceptional characteristics compared to the indicated range, a review may be evaluated subject to internal approval.
