Compliance Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE – COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST We are looking for a Compliance Specialist with 3–4 years of seniority to be inserted into a structured context of a public company in the railway sector, characterized by a high level of complexity and dynamics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance, risk management, and internal control systems. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective compliance programs for the company's operations; • Conduct regular audits and monitoring activities to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies; • Identify and mitigate risks related to non-compliance; • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all business processes are compliant with relevant regulations; • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters; • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Requirements: • Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; • At least 3–4 years of experience as a Compliance Specialist or in a similar role; • Strong knowledge of Italian and European laws and regulations; • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Fluency in English is an asset.
