Client Accounting Specialist

UNA Italian Hospitality is the largest Italian hotel chain active in Italy with 59 hotels, resorts, and residences distributed across 30 destinations and is currently seeking a person to be inserted into the role of SPECIALISTA CONTABILITA' CLIENTI for an insertion within the central headquarters in Milan (MI). In the role of SPECIALISTA CONTABILITA' CLIENTI, the Resource will contribute to: Controlling the correct transmission of electronic invoices and telematic counterparts; Performing analyses and controls on customer accounts; Managing and processing payments; Processing and managing customer complaints; Providing support for accounting and financial activities; Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports; Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or related field, 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance, knowledge of Italian accounting laws and regulations, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
