Commercial Specialist

Client Company with headquarters in Castelnovo ne' Monti, with over 60 employees, and an annual turnover of €1,800.00, operating almost 40 years in the rubber and plastic sector, has entrusted us with the task of identifying a person interested in taking on the role of commercial specialist to be hired on a fixed-term basis, with the possibility of future indefinite employment. Place of work: Castelnovo ne' Monti. The commercial specialist role involves direct contact with the customer, starting from the analysis of market trends and competitors, up to the definition of sales strategies and the implementation of marketing actions. The ideal candidate will have a degree in economics or business administration, with at least 3 years of experience in the field of commerce, preferably in the rubber and plastic sector. Knowledge of the Italian language is required. The commercial specialist will be responsible for: - analyzing market trends and competitors; - defining sales strategies and implementing marketing actions; - maintaining relationships with customers; - identifying new business opportunities; - preparing reports on sales performance. The company offers a competitive salary, 13th month bonus, and a pension plan. The contract is expected to last for at least 12 months, with the possibility of renewal or indefinite employment.
