We operate in compliance with the main international standards for gold conformity and traceability, a commitment that translates into the adoption of industry certifications (including LBMA, RJC, and ISO standards) and the promotion of a responsible supply chain throughout the entire process.

We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team:

Role: Sales Development

Location: Arezzo (in the heart of the Italian goldsmith district)

Gross Annual Salary: €25,000 - €30,000 (commensurate with experience) + incentives

The Role: What will you do?

You will become part of our division dedicated to investment gold. In a stimulating, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment, your talent will be key to consolidating and expanding our presence in the national market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management, customer loyalty, and strategic development of the client portfolio.
• Identification and acquisition of new commercial opportunities on a national scale.
• Promotion and sale of our investment services and products.
• In-depth understanding of client needs for closing high-value deals.
• Maintenance of consistent and incremental commercial growth month after month.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Consolidated experience in the financial, insurance, or commodities/precious metals sectors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong determination to achieve results and a proactive spirit.
• Teamwork orientation and an aptitude for taking on new challenges.
• Fluent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken) for global contexts.
