Sales Specialist

Crédit Agricole Factoring Italia is the Crédit Agricole Group company that offers global working capital solutions to protect, manage, and finance trade receivables in Italy and abroad, supporting economic operators in their development and long-term investment plans.

The resource will be integrated into the SALES & CLIENT MANAGEMENT - TRIVENETO Area function, which, within CA Factoring, is responsible for typical sales activities and the development of new clientele in the territory. The candidate will report directly to company management and will have exchange relationships with the relevant business lines of the parent company.

The primary activities that will be assigned to the resource are:

• Oversee the commercial activity of the assigned Area, with the aim of identifying and developing new factoring relationships and achieving budget objectives
• Prepare the proposal for a new setup, through careful analysis of credit risk (balance sheet analysis and reclassification) and operational risk
• Collection and verification of contractual and regulatory documentation
• Directly promote the development of the network with Companies and Banks of the Crédit Agricole Italia Group in the territory of competence
• Monitoring and reporting on commercial performance, as well as preparing periodic reports for management

Degree in Economics, Finance, or related disciplines. Experience in a similar role, preferably gained in the financial or banking sector, with particular reference to the factoring sector; solid relational and negotiation skills; strong aptitude for achieving commercial objectives. Aptitude for working in contexts that require strong personal involvement and the performance of multiple tasks. Precision, analytical skills, orientation towards teamwork and results, ability to deliver in situations of pressure, willingness to engage in dialogue, communication and relational skills. For constant contacts and interactions with the parent company, knowledge of English and/or French, written and oral, is required.

Permanent employment contract with an entry gross annual salary (RAL) starting from €55,000, commensurate with experience and skills identified during the selection phase, plus a variable component linked to the achievement of commercial objectives, in compliance with the applied CCNL Credito. A company car and meal vouchers are also provided.
