Technical Operations Specialist – ATM Network

We are looking for a colleague with a technical and operational profile, organized and detail-oriented, to manage the monitoring and smooth operation of our ATM network.

What you will do

You will monitor the operation of ATM terminals and follow up on technical interventions;

You will keep records of maintenance work and encountered problems;

You will collaborate with suppliers and technical partners for interventions and repairs;

You will request, centralize, and compare offers for services and works;

You will update spreadsheets and reports regarding the ATM network;

You will analyze data and identify problems or situations requiring intervention;

You will monitor the adherence to deadlines for works and maintenance;

You will collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational situations.

What we are looking for

Experience in a technical, operational, service, or maintenance role;

Good knowledge of Excel – mandatory;

Analytical skills and ability to work with data;

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;

An organized, responsible, and detail-oriented person;

Ability to manage multiple activities in parallel;

Good communication and supplier relationship skills;

Technical knowledge in electronics, electrical engineering, IT hardware, or telecommunications is an advantage.
