Specialist Tehnic – Facility & Mentenanta

We are looking for a specialist tehnic with practical experience, who can combine on-site activity with technical work organization and follow-up, in a professional environment oriented towards responsibility, structure, and results.

🔧 Profile sought

• Experience of 3–7 years in technical fields: installations, electric, HVAC, building maintenance or facility management
• Hands-on approach, with the ability to perform simple technical verifications and interventions when necessary
• Understanding of building functions and works executed by contractors
• Able to consult technical documentation and building technical files
• Bulletin organization and attention to details
• Written and verbal communication skills (emails, reports, process-verbals)
• Driving license category B – necessary for client visits

📋 Responsibilities

• Meter readings and periodic technical verifications
• Minor technical interventions and preliminary actions until specialized teams arrive
• Site visits to clients, using a service vehicle
• Scheduling and following up on works executed by contractors
• Verifying site work and taking over process-verbals
• Consulting technical documentation and building technical files
• Organizing and following up on maintenance schedules
• Professional communication with clients and suppliers

⏱ Collaboration structure

• First 3 months: integration period and direct work alongside operational management of the company, for operational alignment and understanding of standards
• Afetr integration period: allocation to an industrial, residential or office project, depending on competencies, autonomy, and results
