Central Medical Emerald is looking for a dedicated and passionate Specialist tehnic, prepared to join our dynamic team. If you are a proactive person with remarkable technical skills and a positive attitude, then this position may be suitable for you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with external technical service providers (CCTV, Medical, Pixel Data, Magnetic IT, internet, telephone, alarm system, fire detection etc).
• Organize and optimize technical and information flows (databases, Pixel Data systems, Diicom etc).
• Manage monthly budget for technical expenses and monitor department cost control.
• Collaborate with IT providers to ensure the proper functioning of employee accounts and applications.
• Manage technical and consumable stocks (toners, spare parts, equipment).
• Suggest and implement solutions for improving and digitalizing internal workflows.
• Coordinate IT equipment and medical device maintenance (including those in testing).
• Develop technical strategies for scalability and operational security.
• Verify periodic technical risks and security, notify suppliers/management.
• Maintain relationships with building maintenance firms and ensure access/reception of work.
• Verify HVAC, access control, CCTV, fire detection systems for optimal functioning.
• Coordinate periodic and metrological checks on medical equipment.
• Report monthly technical situation, discrepancies, and propose improvement solutions.
• Provide technical and logistical support for new employee onboarding.
• Preliminary reports, presentations, and update company databases.
• Manage special requests and punctual projects at the request of management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in technical or IT field.
• Work on-site, 8-hour schedule Monday-Friday.
• Prior experience in a facility/technical/IT coordination role – preferably in a medical clinic, service network, or complex infrastructure.
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, CCTV systems, HVAC, networks, and technical management software.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Proactive attitude, analytical spirit, and solution-oriented approach.
• Capacity for communication and collaboration with external suppliers and internal teams.
