Aurora Romania is looking for a new colleague, Specialist tehnic for managing company spaces and locations, providing technical support, coordinating approvals, and participating in projects for renovation, maintenance, or relocation. ︈︁︍︉︊︄︀︆️︋︊️︁︁︎︍︉︁︊︄︈︎︂︁︅︎️︍︂︆︂︇

Requirements:

• Middle/Higher technical studies (construction, installations, electrical engineering – mandatory)
• Knowledge of Russian and English at a medium-advanced level;
• Experience in technical support or maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of electrical installations, HVAC, sanitary systems
• Ability to manage approvals and technical documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Availability for travel between locations

Duties:

• Provides technical support for spaces and locations (offices, warehouses, workstations)
• Manages and tracks technical approvals/documentations (internal and external)
• Identifies and solves technical issues that arise in locations (installations, equipment, infrastructure)
• Collaborates with suppliers, internal teams, and contractors
• Participates in projects for renovation, modernization, or relocation of spaces
• Monitors maintenance work and technical interventions
• Ensures compliance with safety standards and internal/legislative procedures;
• Maintains a record of technical documentation and intervention reports;
• Suggests solutions for optimizing spaces and costs;
