Main Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support for clients (phone, email, remote, in-person at the showroom)
• Testing returned equipment and preparing technical reports
• Formulating technical solutions and personalized offers
• Technical consulting for clients before and after purchase
• Collaborating with commercial and technical departments for complete solutions
