Tell us about the role:

• Manage the functioning of IT systems specific to your department;

• Respond for managing information from operational IT systems;

• Realize technical and operational reports for different departments;

• Participate in acceptance tests for software solutions;

• Contribute to improving monitoring system availability and application performance, as well as identifying new solutions, methods, and concepts of monitoring;

• Identify needs for upgrade or reconfiguration and elaborate business cases and technical specifications to present to your direct manager;

• Document IT processes according to quality and traceability requirements;

• Provide support and information to other departments and solution providers;

• Analyze application performance and systems;

• Intervene quickly in case of incidents that can affect operational processes;

• Offer technical support for activities within your area of responsibility and coordinate projects associated.

We require that:

• You have higher education completed (preferably in a technical field);

• You have practical experience working with SQL databases.

This is an advantage:

• Knowledge or practical experience using monitoring solutions (Redgate, Zabbix / Site 24) and API;

• Using AI support tools;

• Experience in the medical field.
