Ideal Candidate
Technical knowledge regarding installation and troubleshooting of IT equipment (PC systems, laptops, printers etc);
Brief notions of reticulation (cabling, installing switches, configuring routers, etc)
Knowledge and experience in using, installing, and configuring Microsoft software products (Windows, Office, Server);
Knowledge of the English language (medium - advanced);
Driving license - category B;
Availability to make short trips;
Perseverance, initiative, positive thinking, amiability, efficiency, and punctuality;
Communication skills in relation with clients;
Attention to details;
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Professional experience in the field on a similar position is an advantage

- Taking over IT equipment for service, troubleshooting, delivery to client
- Assembling, configuring equipment
- Activity in showroom or at client's location
- Promoting company products both in showroom and through other sales channels (email, site etc)
- Monitoring orders launched by clients

- You will create an excellent purchasing experience for BaseT clients
- You will be able to put your personal touch on understanding needs, counseling, and communication with clients, exceeding their expectations and making them want to come back;
- You will create a work atmosphere conducive to the smooth execution of activities in the store, contributing thus to making life easier for clients;
- You will have a variety of additional activities in the store, from generating and completing contractual documents and daily act sheets, to cashing, issuing, and explaining invoices, maintaining store cleanliness, and others.
