Specialist Senior Operations Refurbishing – iPhone

• Previous experience in a technical, service, verification, diagnosis, or refurbishing role for phones/electronic devices;
• Good knowledge of iPhone hardware and functionality;
• Experience with Apple/iOS devices is a significant advantage;
• Ability to identify technical problems and understand their root cause;
• Very good attention to detail and accuracy in working with information and products;
• Experience using IT systems, CRM, ERP, or record-keeping applications is an advantage;
• An organized, responsible, and pragmatic person who sees a situation through to resolution;
• Professional integrity, correct communication, and the ability to build good working relationships, including with external partners;
• Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with other departments;
• Availability and interest in learning and contributing, over time, to the development of internal procedures.

• Receive and verify iPhone devices entering the buyback/refurbishing flow;
• Verify the functional and cosmetic condition of the devices, according to internal criteria and procedures;
• Perform hardware/software checks and tests to identify potential problems;
• Identify and document the defects or non-conformities found;
• Correctly and completely record information about each device in CRM and internal systems;
• Track the traceability of devices throughout the entire flow;
• Maintain contact with the partner service and monitor the status of devices sent for verification/intervention;
• Communicate and monitor the resolution of non-conforming situations or problems encountered in the process;
• Verify the correctness of information entered into the system and maintain clear records of devices;
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams for the smooth running of the flow;
• Contribute to the improvement and standardization of internal processes;
