Specialist SAP, HR and Payroll Solutions

In collaboration with the Manager, HR Solutions, the incumbent will be responsible for optimizing the use of HR and payroll systems, primarily SAP, and for leading implementation and improvement projects within their business domain.

Responsabilités

• Ensure optimal use of the SAP HR/payroll system and other payroll-related applications.
• Support internal teams through system usage reviews, training, and coaching.
• Recommend functional improvements and process optimizations.
• Define scenarios, execute unit, integration, and regression tests, and approve production releases from a functional perspective.
• Act as the primary point of contact for system users and internal partners.
• Ensure alignment between collective agreements and system parameters.
• Lead implementation projects: needs analysis, supplier coordination, and deliverable tracking.
• Prepare communications related to assigned projects and assess the impact of proposed changes.
