Regional Technical Specialist

POLICOLOR is recruiting a Regional Technical Specialist for the Technical Support Department

Job Purpose
Its general objective is to coordinate, plan, and implement the activity of the Policolor tinting system, as well as to maintain the tinting equipment in good working order at the clients' locations within the covered area.

Location: Oradea
Covered Area: Bihor, Maramureș, Satu Mare, Sălaj, Hunedoara, Arad, Timiș, and Caraș-Severin

Duties and Responsibilities
• Providing technical support to the Direct Sales Departments (Dealers & DD) and B2B for a better understanding of the characteristics and benefits of Policolor products, as well as conducting demonstrations to present the benefits of the products;
• Communicating and collaborating with the Architectural Technical Support Department for the resolution of client complaints in the covered area.
• Maintaining the tinting equipment in good working order, through permanent visits based on routes to all locations in the covered area and evaluating the monthly performance of the tinting equipment installed in them.

We are looking for you to have
• Minimum high school education; Higher education is an advantage;
• General technical knowledge;
• PC operation skills – Microsoft Office;
• Attention to detail, observation skills, and rigor;
• Team spirit, initiative, and adaptability;
• Category B driver's license
