• Experience in database/ report analysis
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details;
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and respect deadlines;
• Knowledge of operating AX 365 or other ERP systems represents an advantage;
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 package: Excel, Word, PP

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

Monitoring and daily verification of centralized situations regarding waste quantities received and sorted
Following and centralizing data on wastewater treatment station activity.
Supervising situations regarding waste quantities undergoing mechanical-biological treatment (TMB)
Verifying the flow of waste throughout the process.
Centralizing and transmitting daily reports on equipment at work points to ADID Timisoara (Intercommunal Waste Development Association, Timisoara)
Publishing reports for issuing invoices to clients, in collaboration with the financial department.
Preparing specific documents for the office and those necessary for service tenders.
Publishing statistical reports requested by various institutions and organizations.
Operating AX 365: preparing, completing, and modifying orders for occasional services.
